Bauduen sums up the spirit of Verdon in a nutshell. A very pretty, authentic village with old Provençal houses. Sitting on the edge of the Lake of Sainte-Croix, at the foot of a small cliff, it offers walks, water activities and even a olive grove.

Built against the cliff face, and lapped by the waters of Sainte-Croix lake, this village, with its narrow streets, paved stairways and ancient pink roofs basking in the sunshine, has maintained all its former authenticity and medieval character.
