A bit of history
The chapel of the old cemetery was a small building next to the war memorial on a terrace planted with chestnut trees.
The only opening was through a wooden grille with balusters, a type of opening very common in rural chapels in the region.

Nowadays the chapel, rebuilt in 1973, has large wooden doors. However, inside you will find the old wooden baluster grille as well as the altar (placed against the back wall as it used to be in the old village).
