Coopérative oléicole L'Aupsoise

The olive oil cooperative was founded in 1925, in an old sawmill, probably hydraulic in origin.

From the very beginning, this electrically driven mill used a traditional manufacturing process, with a stone millstone. Its modernization will concern the mechanization of most of the handling.
The oil obtained is very appreciated for its quality and its taste "à l'ancienne".
