The Restaurant la Truffe y algo más invites you to discover culinary specialties: Truffle, foie gras, and other local products - such as olive oil from the Gervasoni Mill - cooked with passion to awaken all your senses.
The Truffle is also noble and fresh products, prepared and served with generosity by two passionate people: Sébastien Gaillard in the kitchen and his wife, Nadine in the pastry shop and in the service.
La Truffe y algo más is truffles but not only, only fresh seasonal truffles and French cuisine with Latin accents.
