Bauduen Astronomical Observatory

BAUDUEN

Photo Bauduen Astronomical Observatory

The Bauduen astronomical observatory is located far from the lights of the cities, 5 minutes from the village. Evenings of discovery of the constellations and observation of the sky with telescopes and themed evenings are offered all year round.

The construction of this astronomical observatory began in 1992... Olivier had to master certain areas of expertise: it is a unique adventure in France, carried out alone without help.

The site's main telescope was put into service in 1994 and has been constantly improved since then. Professional class and ultra luminous, it is at your disposal, to allow you superb observations of celestial objects.
